MiDFur, Australia’s largest furry convention, is happening very soon! It’s on in Melbourne at Rydges On Swanston from December 2nd to 5th.

Friiiiig, so much to do. I'm PR and Multimedia for MiDFur so exciting and crazy times are ahead. Anyhow here are my plans for MiDFur. You're welcome to copy this questionnaire and post in your own blog or journal.

Where are you staying?
I'll be stay at Rydges On Swanston, where the con is being held.

What day are you getting there?
I live near Melbourne, but I'll be staying in the city from Wednesday onwards so that I can get a good nights sleep on the eve of the con and wake up already at MiDFur.

Where will you be most of the time during the days?
Lots of places. There are events like Anime Verus Furry that I hope I'll get to see as well as co-hosting on the filmmaking or the podcasting panel. The rest of the time I'll being all ninja like by being everywhere at once.

Where will you be most of the time during the nights?
By night I hope I'll get to spend some time drinking and hanging out with friends as well as setting up the evening events - dance parties, comedy shows, charity auction...

Who will you be hanging out with?
Lots of people I hope - both the furs I see often and the furs I don't see often enough.

Who are you hoping to meet?
MiDFur guests of honour Stan Sakai and Big Blue Fox naturally, but I am also looking forward to meeting new people and getting blown away by their awesomeness Last year met excellent people like Caroo and I stayed in room full of awesome Adelaide furries.

What time do you get up/go to bed?
Very early and very late. Even so, getting six or seven hours of sleep a night will be key to...uh not dying.

What's the best way to get a hold of you?
Just take a sprig a fresh cut grass and three goose feather and then cast them all into the wind and I shall appear. No really, I'm not hard to find at all. Just ask a staff or volunteer to see if they can get me on the radio.

Do you do free art?
I would - but I doubt I'll have time to draw. I still manage to have fun and socialise as a board member - but drawing is the one thing I don't get a chance to do. I should have a rather cool comic on convention etiquette in the conbook though.

Are you selling anything at MiDFur?
Just MiDFur: register today! At $160 for all four days that works out to be $3 an hour. ^^

What do you look like?
Like most furries I'm white and male. Unlike most furries I'll be dressed up a bit and wearing a suit. I'll also be wearing a staff badge and this conbadge:

Do you have a fursuit?
Nope, just a regular kind of suit.

Can I talk to you?
Please do - either to say hi or if you need any kind of help. That's what we're here for - plus I just like meeting new furries. That said I may have to run off if MiDFur duty calls.

Can I look in your sketchbook?
You can, if I bring it. It may just be sitting neglected in my room while I'm off galavanting. Then I come home late at night and dinner has long gone cold...

Can I draw in your sketchbook?
Sure. I hope to be getting a bunch of art commissions in the dealers den and artists ally. I've got a themed sketchbook that I started at Smash this year and it could use more furries.

Can I buy you a drink?
The odds are very low that I'll say no to a free drink.

Can I take your picture?
Sure, but you'll need a fast shutter speed to catch me.
